In order to warrant the utmost security for everyone while keeping equipment in good condition, and to make sure you enjoy a nice stay, the tenants are required to conform to the internal regulations ruling the use of the lodge and the swimming pool and commit themselves to comply to the security and hygiene rules for everyone sake. Lodge internal regulations - Noises and silence: Lodge users are requested to avoid loud noises or discussions, which could disturb neighborhood; audio devices volume must be regulated in consequence. - The swimming pool area being a quietness and relaxation area, we thank you to respect other present persons- Swimming pool area is open to tenants from 9 AM to 10 PM,- Audio devices is forbidden at the swimming pool- Being a private area, the swimming pool area is restricted to family members and friends of the landlords and to the lodge tenants. The landlords remind tenants that the swimming pool is not supervised, tenants must provide lifeguarding surveillance on tenants inscribed to their contract. - Use exclusively your personal bath sheets,- It is strictly forbidden to invite third parties to use the swimming pool.It is forbidden:
- To use soap or other similar product in the pool, to urinate in the pool, to expulse water from the pool.- To shout and organize violent games around and within the swimming pool, to push somebody in the pool, to run around the pool, (slipping or wounds risk). It is strictly forbidden: - To access technical installations, to open protective flap if it is in place, the pool must then be deemed closed. The landlord does the cleaning of the pool and of the filter.– Any swimming pool user must be covered by a liability defense and appeal insurance and acknowledges that the landlords deny any responsibility regarding security tied to supervising any persons inscribed to the tenants’ contract – The garden furniture around the swimming pool are the users responsibility, which will take care of the furniture (no wet bath suits or wet towels on the cushions, use of dry towels on furniture in case of sun screen).
The landlords, on repeated inobservance of one of these articles, may foreclose the authorization to access the swimming pool without any compensation.
